The Old Library Business Centre is a grade 2 listed purpose built Victorian public library built for the residents of St Philips in the last decade of the 19th century. It is a building of great character and architectural importance with half timbered ceiling, decorated leaded windows, an internal colonnade of classical arches and glazed tiles to the walls.
