Great importance has been placed on preserving and enhancing the building’s heritage during renovations while ensuring its place as a 21st Century, leading-edge destination. The building will offer a large sumptuous coffee lounge, wellness pods, a complimentary gym, shower and changing facilities, bike racks and a podcast room, as well as an extensive suite of event spaces and conference and meeting room facilities. Custom House is within easy walking distance of Belfast City Centre, The Waterfront Hall, SSE Arena, Titanic Quarter and Victoria Square shopping centre. Some of Belfast’s most popular bars and restaurants are located within the immediate vicinity of the property as it borders with the Cathedral Quarter.
